He will definitely smell like magic, but maybe not so much like dragon, at least at first. He's spent something like a year completely pretending to be human, so he'll have grubby human city scents caked in all over until he changes back and forth once or twice to get a more normal scent for him. Also lingering scents of a lot of pre-Industrial medicinal stuff.
