1. Like most shonen protatgonists, Naruto falls strictly on the good side, even more than some though. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being PUREST of the PURE, I'd put him at a 9.5. He'd be a 10, but he once faced his inner "dark-side" and acknowledged that it was a part of him (though if you want an example of just how pure he is, he beat his dark-side by hugging him).
He is extremely selfless to the point that he usually overburdens himself with everyone's problems just so they don't have to go through them, and in canon, he's currently fighting a war to change the entire world with the goal of getting rid of hatred once and for all.
So yeah, pretty pure. THOUGH he does have a perverted side, like most teenage males.
Also, there's a powerful demon fox sealed inside Naruto's body, so I dunno how that would affect Mag's senses.
2. Naruto probably smells like earth, leaves, trees, and definitely ramen. His most noticeable trait is those whiskers on his cheeks, and there are a few scars here and there (though he usually wears clothes that cover all parts of his body except his hands, feet, and face). As for infra-sense? Naruto's body temperature is actually a lot higher than a normal person's because of the SHITLOAD of chakra (spiritual and physical energy) he has in his body. He'd probably... glow hotter than other people.
3. Imitate away! Naruto has a technique that allows him to transform himself into perfect copies of people, so yeah, I am completely cool with him being imitated.
4. Naruto does have the ability to sense life and nature around him, but dunno how it would do with Mag. In his "super" Naruto form, he is able to sense ill/bad/evil intent, so... /shrug.
